Traditional Property Management

Zero Rent Guarantee:

Landlords are left covering mortgage payments and recovering from lost cashflow when tenants are unable to make rent payments. With the current crisis with the Landlord and Tenant Board, evictions for non-payment of rent can take up to 10 months.

Additional Renovation Costs:

Traditional Property Management companies may oversee the repairs to properties but these costs are absorbed by the owner. As work is contracted out, owners are paying premiums for labor and material due to current market shortage 

Long-Term Tenants:

Traditional Property Management companies focus on finding long-term tenants. This has the potential for stable recurring rent but circumstances can change and they would no longer honor their lease with Landlords.

Security & Screening:

First Property Management conducts an extensive review of each host we work with, in addition Airbnb has a comprehensive verification system that checks details such as name, address, Government issued ID.

Property Maintenance

First Property Management ensures all property maintenance are scheduled as needed. Working with professionals to manage, lawn care, snow removal, and interior cosmetic touch ups are completed.

First Property Management offers flexible fee options depending on the needs of our clients.
